Our Commitment
TenderVerse™ is built on the belief that every nervous system deserves access to tools for regulation, comfort, and joy. Accessibility isn't an afterthought — it's foundational to our mission.
We are committed to ensuring our digital content conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards, and we continuously work to improve the experience for all users.
What We Do
- Semantic HTML: We use proper heading structure, landmark regions, and meaningful elements throughout the site.
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard with visible focus indicators.
- Color contrast: We maintain sufficient contrast ratios between text and backgrounds across the site.
- Alt text: All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text.
- Motion sensitivity: We respect the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query to reduce or remove animations for users who prefer it. - Screen reader support: We use ARIA attributes where needed to provide context for assistive technologies.
- Responsive design: Our site is fully usable across devices of all sizes.
Known Limitations
TenderVerse™ is actively in development, and we are aware that some areas may not yet meet full accessibility standards. We are committed to identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
Feedback
If you encounter any accessibility barriers on our site, we want to hear from you. Your feedback helps us improve. Please reach out via the contact information on our About page.
Continuous Improvement
We view accessibility as an ongoing practice, not a checkbox. As TenderVerse grows — across Tales, Tools, and Toys — we will continue to audit, test, and improve the accessibility of every experience we create.
